The project is committed to the recovery of the “Can Relats” building, providing the city with new equipment.
It is based on respect for the original and pre-existing elements such as the façade, which is preserved in the current state and the shoring system is used to configure vertical communication; the recovery of the garden city, relocating the lost green of the old plot vertically, wrapping the future building; and the reinterpretation of the 3-gang wall typology typical of 19th century farmhouses, but with an industrialized wooden system.
